Our Chevaux Cassés is a prime example of our intentionality. A perfect blend of power and elegance, this second release displays strong aromas of blueberry compote, violet, and dark plum, matched with a subtle herbaceous undertone. Cassis, dark chocolate cocoa powder, and roasted pepper envelope the palate, which extends into a sultry finish of black tea and rich tannins.
