What can I expect when I arrive for VIP access and the soundcheck experience?
When you arrive, a member of the XOBC team will greet you at the designated VIP entrance and check you in. We recommend arriving a few minutes early and having your ID and package purchase confirmation email handy for a smooth entry.
You’ll then be escorted into the venue for soundcheck. After soundcheck, you’ll receive your custom tour-themed Yeti, that Brandi will sign in person.
*Exact timing of soundcheck varies by venue, so please refer to your post-purchase email from team XOBC with the details.
Tickets Details
Does the package include more than one concert ticket?
The package includes one floor ticket for your selected venue.
Can I bring a +1 to VIP soundcheck?
So sorry, this is limited access entry and only one soundcheck entry per package purchase.
Membership & Wine Allocation
What does “instant Captain membership” mean?
Once you purchase this package, you will be automatically signed up as a 12-bottle Captain’s Collector member. You’ll receive bi-annual curated shipments of XOBC favorites along with member perks and selections. A member from team XOBC will be in touch shortly after purchase to complete the details of your membership.
Can I customize the bottles in my package or adjust the price?
To keep this package exclusive, consistent, and easy to fulfill, we aren’t able to customize the wine selections or adjust the package price. The curated case is built to highlight XOBC favorites and is offered at a special packaged value. However, for future allocation packages, you will have access to customize your package.
When will my first allocation ship?
Your first allocation of 12 bottles will ship ASAP. Someone 21+ must be home to sign for package at time of delivery. Won't be home to sign? Email us at hello@xobccellars.com and we will give you some options.
In the case that your package is placed on weather hold, you will get an email with your options for upgrading to express shipping or to stay on hold until a safe-to-ship weather window presents itself.
What if alcohol can’t be shipped to my state?
We can only ship where legally allowed. If shipments to your state aren’t permitted, this package isn’t eligible.
State Restrictions
Why aren’t Utah or Toronto included as a XOBC Captain’s Package Tour ocation?
We can’t legally ship alcohol or sign club members in those destinations.
Can I join if I live there?
Unfortunately, no … those pesky compliance laws prevent us from shipping here. Such a bummer! We know. However, if you live here and want to ship to a neighboring state or somewhere else, then yes!
Merch (Yeti Details)
Is the limited-edition Yeti included?
Yes, one exclusive XOBC Yeti is included with the purchase of this package.
When will I receive it?
You will be handed your Yeti at the venue you selected, after soundcheck, and Brandi will sign it for you in person.
Can you ship just my Yeti for me?
Sorry! We’re unable to ship merch items separately.

Is the package refundable?
All sales are final.
Can I gift this to someone else?
Absolutely! You can gift the whole package + perks, just the wine, just the perks - whatever works best for you. Email us at hello@xobccellars.com and we will figure it out together. In the case you want this as a gift for the holidays and the wine won't get there in time - we have digital certificates available that we can send you to print out or forward to the lucky gift receipient.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

Can I transfer my concert ticket?
