Captain Collectors are the steady hands, always prepared and in control as the natural, effortless leaders of their crew. They gather everyone together, host generously, plan ahead and always bring the “good stuff” — perfectly packed in the cooler with everything needed to enjoy it, of course.
Each 12-bottle shipment is anchored by an allocation of small-batch, limited-production releases from our Heritage Collection. And you’ll have full flexibility to customize the rest. This tier is built for long tables, full glasses, gifting, cellaring and enjoying whenever you want.
Someone must be 21+ to sign for all deliveries.
We currently ship wine to all states except: AK, DE, NH, NJ, RI, SD, UT, and WV. Alabama (to state liquor stores only) & Hawaii (2-day and express shipping only).
Shipping rates vary by state and will be calculated at checkout.
We kindly request that all Collectors sign up for UPS MyChoice to track and make adjustments to their deliveries.

When your box of wine arrives at your doorstep, pull those puppies out and make some plans for your next backyard barbecue, dinner with friends, peaceful porch hang and day at the dock. It’s also totally fine to play it by ear. You know as well as we do, you don’t need a special reason to open a bottle of wine.
We’re an online wine club with two drops a year — spring and fall. The wine club is ongoing and recurring, so you’ll automatically be billed and shipped 2x per year.
We kindly ask that members stick with us for at least a year (two shipments) so you can really settle in, sip, and enjoy everything the club has to offer.
You’ll be charged automatically twice a year — spring and fall. Before each release, we’ll email you a snapshot of the seasonal selections Team XOBC hand-picked for the standard package, along with a reminder to log in and make it your own by customizing, adding on, or updating your shipping and billing info.
Once your package ships, shipping costs can’t be refunded — so be sure everything looks good before it heads out.
Shipping is carrier-calculated based on the size of your shipment and where it’s headed. Our standard club shipping method is UPS Ground (the most cost-friendly option.)
If weather gets a little too wild — too hot or too cold — we may place your shipment on hold to protect the wine. If that happens, we’ll email you and can follow up with express shipping upgrade options.
We also recommend signing up for UPS MyChoice so you can track your package and make and delivery adjustments if needed.
Pause, skip, double up for the season, or drop down a tier (or level up) — just email us and we’ll take care of it. Need to cancel? Let us know.

Our Everyday XO wines are just that — everyday luxury. Easy-drinking, lower ABV, and made for real life moments: weeknight dinners, last-minute hangs, or bringing something great to the table (without overthinking it).
Think approachable, modern, and always ready to pop. Club members get first access to new seasonal releases (plus special pricing), but a few favorites are always available year-round.
Our Heritage wines are the heart of XOBC — small-batch, expressive, and deeply rooted in Washington terroir and the Carlile family story. These are more limited, artisanal wines with a little more depth, texture, and time behind them.
They’re released seasonally in smaller quantities, which is why they come at a higher price point — but still made to be shared, not saved. Club members get first access before they open to the public.
