Dwelley, Los Oidos and Rotie Rocks sit in the heart of Walla Walla Valley’s Rocks District, where the basalt cobblestones run deep and the vines must work for everything they get. There’s barely any topsoil here, just the smooth rocks that soak up the sun each day and hold onto it through the night, coaxing fruit that’s supremely ripe yet strikingly fresh. A blend from these three vineyards brings layered texture, a mineral edge and a distinctly savory character.
