The vineyards sit on rocky soil shaped overthousands of years as basalt from the Blue Mountains tumbled downstream, smoothing into the round cobblestones that make this terrain so unique. Those same stones don’t just look cool—they bring out deep mineral, earthy, and savory notes in every sip.

Juicy and medium-bodied, it’s packed with flavors of charred mushrooms, sun-ripened tomatoes, and briny Kalamata olives, balanced by fresh raspberry and violet petals. Herbaceous undertones give way to layers of red plum, toasted orange peel, and a dusting of white pepper. With its smooth texture and long finish, this wine is made for grilled meats, good company, and nights that stretch a little longer than planned.
