We’re an online wine club with two seasonal drops a year — spring and fall. The wine club is ongoing and recurring, so you’ll automatically be billed and shipped 2x per year.
There is a minimum requirement that members stick with us for at least a year (two shipments) post sign up so you can really settle in, sip, and enjoy everything the club has to offer.
You really can’t go wrong. All tiers are packed with XOBC goodness.
Happy Campers 4-Bottle Tier: Curated, swappable, approachable. Add extra bottles and grab Heritage wines when available.
Road Trippers 6-Bottle Tier: More wine, including guaranteed Heritage selections, plus customizable extras.
Captain Collectors 12-Bottle Tier: The same as the Roadtripper tier, just more wine!
Either way you go, you get first dibs on seasonal releases, our biannual printed The Look Out seasonal club spotlight, member perks, and a portion of proceeds supporting The Looking Out Foundation. Pick the size that feels right for your glass.
All XOBC club members get the good stuff:
– Member pricing on all wines
– Swappable selections & add-ons (depending on your tier)
– First access to new seasonal releases, merch drops, XOBC events, collaborations and experiences
– Giving back with every bottle — a portion of proceeds supports The Looking Out Foundation
Basically: early access, exclusive content, discounts, and the warm glow of doing good while enjoying great wine.
There is no fee to join the XOBC Wine Club.
Shortly after sign-up, your membership will be processed for the most recent club shipment (Spring or Fall, depending on the time of year). If you’re signing up close to an upcoming release, our team will reach out with options.
We don’t have a brick-and-mortar space, so we partner with our friends at Rotie Cellars to host a one-weekend pickup party during each club release.
After your seasonal allocation is processed, you’re invited to join us at Rotie Cellars in SODO (Seattle). Bring a guest—we’ll be pouring new releases plus a few fun extras.
Want to pick up your wine there? Just log into your membership profile and select “SODO pickup” as your shipping option before processing.
Club allocations ship twice a year: Spring and Fall.
We schedule shipments during the mildest weather to protect your wine from extreme heat or cold.
Once we process, it takes our small, dedicated team a few weeks to organize and pack orders. During this time, members have plenty of opportunity to update shipping addresses, pause, cancel, or schedule a preferred delivery window.
We keep you in the know every step of the way with email and text notifications, so you’ll always know where your wine is. Once packages leave our facility, things get a bit trickier, so we do our best to make everything right before your wine ships, ensuring it arrives safe, sound, and ready to enjoy.
Yes you can!
Members can customize their allocations before we process orders.
You’ll get an email with your package details and a link to log in and make changes and add on. Happy with what you see? No action needed. Your package will arrive just as curated.
Email is our primary way of staying in touch with members — so please make sure you remain subscribed so you don’t miss important updates.
There will be an email leading up to processing, post processing updates such as order confirmation, when your shipping label is printed, package shipped, exceptions etc.
It is the member’s responsibility to keep their account information up to date, including email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment details.
Please note that there is a minimum requirement that members stick with us for at least a year (two shipments) post sign up so you can really settle in, sip, and enjoy everything the club has to offer.
We get it—sometimes plans change, or wine just isn’t in the mix for a while. You also can pause your membership for up to two consecutive allocations. After that, it’ll automatically resume, and we’ll email you ahead of your next shipment so you’re in the loop.
If you’d prefer to cancel, just email us at hello@xobccellars.com—we’ve got you.
Please note: cancellations require written notice at least 7 days before club processing. If you cancel after your seasonal order has been processed, that shipment will be your final one.
Sure thing! Just make sure to let us know at least 7 days before we process the next club shipment.
Members can go on hold for up to two consecutive allocations, but we are not able to put folks on an indefinite hold.
There is no fee to join the XOBC Wine Club!
However, there is a minimum requirement that members stick with us for at least a year (two shipments) post sign up so you can really settle in, sip, and enjoy everything the club has to offer.
After that, you may cancel your membership at any time with at least 7 days’ written notice prior to the next club processing date.
We’ve got your back. Our team of little weather experts closely monitors conditions in your area and along the shipping route to make sure your wine arrives in perfect condition. If it’s too hot or too cold to safely ship, your order will automatically be placed on a weather hold.
You’ll get an email with your options, so your wine waits comfortably until it’s safe to go.
Level up (or drop down a tier) — just email us at hello@xobccellars.com and we’ll take care of it!

Straight from Brandi’s backyard… well, almost! Our grapes are grown in Washington (mostly from Columbia Valley, Washington and the surrounding areas) and the wines are made right there too.
Brandi does a lot of things — like giving you full-body chills when her voice breaks in “The Story” — but she leaves the winemaking to the experts.
That said, she’s deeply involved in the process, collaborating closely with our winemaker to craft wines that truly reflect the region and what you love to drink.
Yes, a little bit, but nothing scary. Sulfites are a natural part of the fermentation process that help keep wine tasting consistently delicious, and exist in wines everywhere. While wine can legally have up to 350ppm of sulfites, we add just enough to do the job, keeping everything under 100ppm, which is even below the threshold. So, whether it’s a red, white, sparkling you’re getting wine that’s stable, tasty and easy to enjoy.
Oui, chef! No egg whites, no fish bladders, no casein — Just beautifully made wine, finished without animal byproducts.
Our Everyday XO wines are just that — everyday luxury. Easy-drinking, lower ABV, and made for real life moments: weeknight dinners, last-minute hangs, or bringing something great to the table (without overthinking it).
Think approachable, modern, and always ready to pop. Club members get first access to new seasonal releases (plus special pricing), but a few favorites are always available year-round.
Heritage wines are our legacy, small-batch stunners from the XOBC Heritage Collection. These are the O.G. XOBC wines we have made since the very beginning; estate-bottled, limited production and mostly reserved for club members. The public only gets a chance if you don’t drink them all first.
Unless you live in the Seattle area, we don’t offer pick-ups, and here’s why: to give back as much as we can, we keep things simple and overhead low so more funds go straight to The Looking Out Foundation. That means no brick-and-mortar space, just great wine shipped right to your door. Easy, efficient, and for a good cause.
If you are in the Seattle area and have selected to pick up your seasonal wine club allocation, there will be a pick up location designated during a specific window for you to stop by an pick up. Pick ups apply to club allocation orders only.
We currently ship wine to all states except: AK, DE, NH, NJ, RI, SD, UT, and WV. Alabama (to state liquor stores only) & Hawaii (2-day and express shipping only).
If your package hasn’t shipped yet: Email us and we’ll hold your order or schedule a better time to ship.
You can also login to update your shipping addres to a UPS Store nearby affiliated pickup location. They’ll accept your package and hold it for up to 5 business days. Click here to find a location, or email us for help.
If your package has already shipped:
It’s too late for us to make changes, but you still have options:
– Click “Change My Delivery” on your tracking page to reroute or reschedule. Fees may apply.
– Create a free UPS My Choice account to easily manage your delivery.
We know, it’s a buzzkill, but we don’t make the rules. By law, someone 21+ has to be home to sign for wine deliveries.
If you won’t be home, no worries! Just click the link at the bottom of your tracking page to reschedule delivery or reroute your package to a new address (there may be a small fee).
We get it. Life happens. If your package is returned, a flat re-shipment fee will apply to cover UPS costs. As a business that directs resources to charity organizations in need, we unfortunately can’t absorb these fees.
If you’d prefer a refund instead, no problem. Just note that the shipping fee is non-refundable.
To avoid this in the future, let us know if we can help you choose an alternative shipping location nearby, so your wine is waiting for you to pick up at your convenience.
If you let us know before your package ships out, we can hold your package and ship it out at a later time.
If it is already on the road, reach out to UPS directly to arrange a different delivery date. We recommend signing up for UPS MyChoice (it’s free!) where you can manage your shipments and receive delivery updates.
Don’t panic. First, file a claim using the link at the bottom of your tracking page, then shoot us an email. We’ll do our best to support you and figure out the next steps.
Every once in a while, this sorts itself out, so keep an eye on your tracking. The UPS driver is only human, and might have accidentally scanned your package too soon.
Oh no! If your wine arrived a little worse for wear, please let us know as soon as possible. To help us file a claim with UPS and get a replacement on the way, we ask that you include photos of the box (inside and out) and the damaged bottles if you can.
Once you’ve got those, reach out to us at hello@xobccellars.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Wine is a natural product, so every once in a while a bottle might taste a little “off.”
If that happens, please let us know and we’ll happily replace it. Before you toss it, snap a photo of the back label so we can reference the code. Then email it to hello@xobccellars.com along with your order number.
All sales are final—once your wine is delivered, we’re unable to take it back. That said, we’re always here to help. If something isn’t right, just email or text us and we’ll do our best to make it right together.
Due to legal regulations, we can only process refund or replacement if the wine is corked or flawed. We’re not able to accept returns for weather-related damage or orders placed in error.
Orders may be canceled for a refund within 14 days of purchase or club processing, provided the order has not shipped, but may be subject to a restocking fee depending on where in the fulfillment process your order is.
After 14 days, all sales are final. Orders placed on weather hold remain subject to this cancellation policy and will be held until safe shipping conditions allow delivery.
If your wine arrives damaged, broken, defective, or corked, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement, or refund at our discretion.
No! All are welcome. However, if you are a club member, members have perks like receiving special member pricing on all bottles and first access to new releases and collaborations.
Heck yeah! We thought you’d never ask! Email us at hello@xobccellars.com and we’ll help you pick the perfect wine.
Right now, XOBC Cellars is available exclusively through our direct-to-consumer shop — which means every bottle comes straight from us to you, no middlemen, no retail shelves.
We’re intentionally keeping it this way (for now). It allows us to stay close to our community and maintain quality assurance.
We’re not currently distributed in stores or restaurants — but never say never. When that changes, you’ll hear it from us first.
Until then, this is the only place to find XOBC: right here, at our table.
